Fur Tutorial
For this tutorial (my first ever tutorial!) I'll show you how I make monster fur type material pixel shaded. ^^

First, you draw the object you want furry this case I'm making boots. Make sure your outline color is dark enough to have 3 or 4 lighter values. |

Then, you clean up your lines and fill the boots with the next lightest color to your outline. |
|
Take the next lightest color and just make lines, make sure you make it from the boot going out, as if you were doing hair, you start at the root going out. |
|
Repeat the previous step for at least two more shades and tada! you get some fuzzy/furry boots. |
